Projects - Commercial

This design build project consisted of a 7,500 square-foot pre-engineered metal building addition and a 15,000 square-foot renovation to an existing structural steel and wood framed building. Finishes encompassed polished and stained concrete, carpeted floors, slat walls and painted exposed steel.  The repair shop ventilation system was designed to allow the bikes to be tested inside the building without a buildup of exhaust fumes.
