This unique project involved complicated architectural design, inflexible placement of foundation and structural elements and precise interior finishes. The complexity and required exactness of the foundation elements of this project were so precise that GPS technology was required to eliminate any possibility of human error. SSi self-performed approximately 22% of the construction of this 5,277 square-foot project and completed it on a tight schedule of seven months.
