Mr. Anhalt is co-owner and has served as the President and General Manager of SSi Incorporated since its inception in 1969. Mr. Anhalt was instrumental in forming an Arkansas Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). He served on the steering committee for the formation of the chapter in 1974 and was an active member for many years. He served 14 years on the State Chapter Board of Directors and was President of the Chapter in 1976 and 1985. In 1980, he was honored as the Most Valued Member since the beginning of ABC in Arkansas. He was ABC Man of the Year in 1985. In 1992, he was honored by the Arkansas Chapter with the Distinguished Service Award.

On the national level, Mr. Anhalt served on the following ABC Committees: the National Education Committee (12 years, four as chairman), the Construction Industry Cost Effectiveness Committee, the By-Laws Committee, and the Metal Building Council (chairman). He has achieved Presidential Level in the Beam Club for membership recruitment. He has served on the National Board for seven years, was Region III Vice President for three years, was President-elect in 1993, and National President in 1994. He has been a member of the Board of Trustees and Secretary of the Construction Education Foundation and has served as Trustee of the Construction Legal Rights Foundation. Mr. Anhalt currently serves on the Board of Directors for Benefit Bank, the Gregory Kistler Treatment Center, the Subiaco Foundation, the Fort Smith Regional Council, and the Fort Smith Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Hart is a co-owner of SSi Incorporated and is President and manager of the Project Management and Estimating team for the company. He is also responsible for coordinating and administering the components of SSi’s design-build projects, from initial customer contact and conceptual drawings through project completion.

Mr. Hart received a B.S. degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Louisiana Tech University and is a member of the LTU Construction Engineering Technology Advisory Board. He served first as a field engineer and then as a project manager in companies across the nation before joining SSi as Project Manager/Estimator in 1999. He was promoted into his current position in 2004. He currently serves as Justice of the Peace in Logan County, Arkansas and is a member of Rotary International in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
